The Q-SUN xenon lamp aging machine will display an M15 information prompt after running for 1,500 or 2,000 hours (configurable, not exceeding 2,000 hours), prompting comprehensive maintenance. The specific maintenance items include:

1.Full-machine dust cleaning: Clean all visible dusty areas, including sweeping the air filter and cleaning/replacing the filter cylinder filters;
2.Water circuit cleaning: Replace the water in the storage tank and humidifier tank, remove bacterial scale, and clean the water pipelines;
3.Inspect or replace water filters and check the water quality of the external water source;
4.For models with a spraying device, clean the nozzles and water pipelines.

After completing the overall machine maintenance, the machine should be powered on and run for irradiance calibration to ensure the spectrum of the new lamp meets standards. For maintenance intervals exceeding six months, the machine should also be powered on for temperature calibration to ensure accurate temperature readings.
