Far-Infrared Emissivity Tester 

The Far-Infrared Emissivity Tester is a measuring instrument designed for objects with far-infrared functions, mainly used to measure the emissivity of object materials. In recent years, with the advancement of far-infrared technology, it has been discovered that far-infrared materials possess the characteristic of high emissivity. When materials with far-infrared properties are close to, worn or worn on the human body, they can promote blood circulation and achieve thermal insulation function. In the cold environment of winter, far-infrared functional products such as clothing, quilts, and knee pads are in great demand in the market; however, most of the far-infrared emissivity testing devices available on the market measure emissivity under high-temperature conditions. In fact, the human body surface temperature is about 34℃, which is too close to the ambient temperature, making detection difficult and causing large errors. Therefore, most data are measured under the condition of 80℃ or even higher 120℃, which is simple to measure but inconsistent with the actual situation. As a result, the measured infrared emissivity may be very high, but it does not conform to the actual situation of use at human body temperature.
