Shoes thermal and water-vapour resistance tester

● Adopts a specially customized thermal foot model, with multiple electric heating elements and a water supply pipe system (for simulating foot sweating) integrated into the foot model.  

● The professionally developed and designed thermal foot model can heat up quickly, uniformly and stably under the control of a temperature controller, fully meeting the test temperature requirements of various standards and simulating the state of human feet.

● It can simulate environments and test data that are closer to the actual situation, while shortening the preheating time of the thermal foot model.

● The simulation of sweat secretion of the thermal foot model is realized by means of a peristaltic pump, with a setting accuracy of up to 0.01 ul/min, enabling uniform sweating and simulating the real environment of human feet inside the shoes.

● The control software centrally processes the control, collection and calculation of all required parameters, allowing testers to easily complete tests in accordance with various standards and improving work efficiency.

● The control software is connected to the weighing system, which can automatically collect quality data, improving the efficiency of data recording, reducing the impact of environmental variables on test results, and reducing unnecessary workload of testers.

● Adopts a new type of positioning and fixing method for the thermal foot model, realizing quick positioning and fixing to reduce minor test errors caused by the positioning of the foot model.

● Uses new flexible sensors to measure the pressure of the whole shoe on the thermal foot model at specific positions, determine whether the shoe fits the foot, and reduce errors in the tests of thermal resistance, moisture resistance, moisture permeability and thermal insulation caused by improper shoe size.
