Equipment Installation Process
1. Installation Conditions
Once the user signs a contract with our company and the expected delivery date is determined, our engineer will send you a confirmation letter regarding the installation conditions of the machine via email, and will also contact the customer by phone to confirm the actual on - site installation conditions (including water, electricity, gas, air - conditioning, etc.). When your on - site environment meets the installation conditions, after the equipment arrives at the site, the engineer will make an appointment with you for the on - site installation time.
2. On - site Installation
Upon arrival at the customer's site, the engineer will take inventory and confirm the equipment list together with you. The engineer will then carry out the installation and debugging of the equipment. After the installation and debugging are completed, the engineer will conduct maintenance and operation training for the equipment maintenance personnel and equipment operators.
3. Acceptance Report
